Welcome to a World Full of Feelings!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

People who are mainly Harmonisers, distinguish themselves by their warm-heartedness. Interpersonal relationships are especially important to them. They establish such bonds not only with familiy and friends, but consider their colleagues as their extended family. Thus, they cultivate personal relationships, in which feelings play an important role, at the workplace, too. People with a strong Harmoniser enquire about relatives and friends, they know about their colleagues\u00b4 problems or illnesses, because they really care. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to their sensitivity, they have a keen sense of their fellow human beings\u00b4 feelings and mood. They know how to create a harmonious personal environment and cosy surroundings. They possess the diplomacy and aptness to mediate between people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are great listeners, they always have an open ear, and they love to help. They compassionately cater to other peoples\u00b4 problems and worries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What Is Essential to Empathetic Persons<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Often, they are outstanding hosts, caring courteously about their guests\u00b4 wellbeing. They fulfill wishes, before these have been articulated. They not only excel at creating a cosy environment, but also need it in order to feel comfortable and work productively. Therefore, they love being surrounded by photographs showing their loved ones, as well as plants, even at their workplaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They love to excite their senses by resting their eyes on beautiful things, enjoying the scent of their favourite flowers, eating something delicious, or feeling the soft fabric of their favourite clothes on their skin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their sense of beauty also shows in their appearance. Like no other personality type the Harmoniser manages to select colours and styles truly skilfully. In addition, their hair and manicure do play a central role, as does the make-up for the ladies.<\/p>\n\n\n
