Many Small Contacts and Then Work - This Is Essential for Some<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

People with a strong Rebel need a lot of contact, preferably involving fun. They must enjoy their possibilities to have small contacts, before they can get down to business. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These include short visits to their colleagues\u00b4 offices for a funny pun. They also seek contact in the form of back-slapping or high-five, for instance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This does not mean that persons who are mainly Rebels put their careers at risk with levity. When occupied with tasks, which require their creativity, they stick to them in a motivated manner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are rather less likely to be found in leadership positions. However, they can realise their CEO\u00b4s marketing ideas with great success. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Unmistakable Sense of Humour, Individuality, And Creativity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

People who are mainly Rebels must view life through the lens of humour. They have the gift of sensing the humour of any given moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A genuinely personal and individual style is important to them. They want to be accepted the way they are. They feel hemmed by rules, and fixed working hours, a strict dresscode, and detailed orders about their tasks. They want to do their own thing, in their own individual manner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

People who possess a strong Rebel are motivated by external influences, such as posters, films, contacts, and many more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is reflected by their environment, they are often surrounded by funny things and toys which prompt their creativity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After all, the Rebel is the most creative of all personality types. Furthermore, a Rebel finds exceptional solutions to problems by thinking outside the box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Persons with a substantial Rebel react to everything they come across with a \"I like it\", or \"I do not like it\". They let everyone know, just like children saying the truth out loud. Should they have uttered resentment that way, this is gone afterwards most of the time.<\/p>\n\n\n
