1. All About New Book Releases
If you sign up using the form in subchapter 5, you will read the news about book releases first:
- when the book will be available
- where you can buy it (it will always be most inexpensive on my website)
- in what formats you can purchase it
2. Your Opportunity to Be a Beta Reader of Books in Their Making
In addition, I will inform you via email about opportunities to be a beta reader. Beta readers are selected readers who read a book in a preliminary version. Then, they provide the author with precious suggestions to improve this book with their substantiated comments.
Beta readers usually fill in a short form that is tailored to the respective book:
- they describe their expertise in the respective field
- they state how much experience they have with commenting on texts
- they warrant that they can meet a given deadline
3. Read Advanced Review Copies and Write Reviews
Advanced review copies are sent to selected and qualified readers when the book is finished, but not published yet. Such a copy is marked as an ARC and cannot be sold.
The readers of an ARC warrant in a form, which is sent in advance, that they will write a review and publish it on the day of the book launch on large platforms like Amazon, for instance.
These instantly available reviews are of utmost importance because they help an author to give his or her book a successful start.
Perhaps, you belong to the people who study the reviews of other customers before making a purchase in order to obtain an impression of a product first. How do you react if no one has provided a review yet?

Especially those authors who self-publish love to stay in touch with their readers. Their feedback on their books, but also the permission to inform them about new books via email, is crucial for an author´s professional existence. Perhaps, some readers are not aware of that.
