1. CRM & PCM Seminars for Beginners and Advanced Learners
At Communicatio optima you can attend seminars on crew resource management, CRM, and the Process Communication Model®, PCM. You can either start with both topics from scratch, or enhance your knowledge in my seminars for advanced learners. I have described my seminars in detail here .

2. Individual PCM Personality Profiles
An individual Personality Profile is not only prepared for every seminar participant before the Seminar One. You can also order such a profile, even if you do not plan to take part in a seminar (yet).
Your PCM Personality Profile informs you about:
- your dominant Personality Type
- in which order your remaining Personality Types occur
- your character strengths
- your psychological needs, and why these are important to you
- your distress behaviour, how you recognise it, and how to avoid it in the first place
- many more PCM components, with respect to your personality
If you do not attend a seminar, I will discuss your PCM Personality Profile individually with you, either in person (greater Munich area) or online.

3. Coursebooks and Workbooks About Crew Resource Management
You can find all information about CRM coursebooks and workbooks in English and German, as paperbacks (print-on-demand) and as electronic versions summarised and clearly arrangedon this page. These books will also be used in my CRM Seminars for Beginners and Advanced Learners.
4. The Series "A Special CRM Collection"
In this series, you can read about unusual and relevant CRM topics in specially compiled chapters. You can purchase the respective volumes as ebooks and as print-on-demand books, in English and German, in the shop . 5. All About the Series "Author-Publisher of Non-Fiction"
The first volume of this series and an accompanying workbook will be published in the summer of 2027. You will be able to purchase them in English and German, as electronic and printed versions. I have summarised all the information about it on this subpage .
